Imagine what it was like when geography was non-existent. When no one knew the world.
You live in a little village with everyone that you grew up with. You wake up and sleep when the sun does. You help your parents provide a service that everyone depends on. You travel once a week to nearby towns for trading.
But you don’t know what it’s like beyond these towns. You get curious, and so do your friends. So you pack your things, set a note, and leave. Just like that.
You see things that you had never thought could be possible. Ground filled with a dirt called sand that covers the land as far as you can see, called desert. Giant cliffs running with water, called waterfall. Deep, maze-like valleys, completely barren, called canyons. Undrinkable water that borders the land and reaches the horizon, called sea. White, cold dirt that fell from the sky, called snow.
You walk on for the rest of your life, always finding something new and amazing. And it seems like the world never ends.
